FOUR-YEAR DEGREE PROGRAMME (FYUGP) Online Application Submission 2024
Admission into FYUGP (Science/Arts/Commerce) 1st semester and BCA/BSC Biotechnology 1st semester will be conducted through the common Admission Portal available on the SAMARTH platform, as per the Government Notification.
Candidates seeking admission to Pandu College are required to complete an online admission form, which can be found on the College website: www.panducollege.org or https://admission.panducollege.ac.in/ (Hard copies of the application will not be available at the college office).
The complete application form, filled in all respects, must be submitted online on or before the specified last date of submission.
Necessary documents should be uploaded online while submitting the form. The College will not consider any incomplete applications or applications submitted after the last date of submission.
Applications without the relevant documents will be rejected.
Admission Guidelines
The application form for admission to various courses must be submitted online within the specified date, as notified in advance.
The merit lists will be displayed on the College Notice Board/Website well in advance of the admission date.
Admission will be conducted offline at the college according to the notified admission dates.
Admission will be strictly based on merit:
- Admission to FYUGP will be based on the preference of Major and the marks obtained in the best three subjects of the qualifying examination.
- If a student does not wish to opt for any Major (i.e., No Major), they will be admitted based on the preferences of the subject combinations. The merit list will be prepared based on the best three subjects.
No student will be eligible for admission to a Programme in any discipline under FYUGP unless they fulfill the prerequisite course requirements set by Gauhati University. Please refer to the Information Booklet on GU-FYUGP (https://nep.gauhati.ac.in/fyugp/navigate).
Hard copies of admission forms will not be available at the College.
All prospective students who wish to enroll in GU-FYUGP must be registered with the Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) and obtain a 12-digit ABC ID through the Digilocker Platform (https://digilocker.meripehchaan.gov.in) prior to their admission. The ABC ID will be required either during Registration or while downloading the Admit Card for the First Semester examination.
The candidate must generate a Unique ID through the web portal of the Director of Higher Education, Assam.
