SSUHS B.Sc. NURSING COUNSELING DATE 2022 NOTICE
1st OFFLINE COUNSELING FOR SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION INTO 1st YEAR B.Sc. NURSING COURSE IN THE 3 (THREE) GOVERNMENT NURSING COLLEGES OF ASSAM SESSION 2021
This is for general information of all candidates who appeared in the Common Entrance Examination 2021 (CEE-2021) conducted by the Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati for admission into 1st year B.Sc. Nursing Course in the 3(three) Government Nursing Colleges of Assam for the session 2021, that the offline counseling for selection of candidates for admission into 1st year B.Sc. Nursing Course will be held on 4th & 5th April/2022 as per schedule given below.
Candidates applying under various reserved categories are required to produce the appropriate certificates/ testimonials etc. in original issued by competent authority before the Selection Board at the time of counseling.
Candidates must bring with them all original testimonials i.e. Marks sheets of 10+2 exam, Admit Card of HSLC examination, Pass Certificates, PRC, Caste certificates, EWS certificates and other relevant documents including Admit Card of CEE-2021.
Separate Photo copies of the said documents will be required at the time of counseling.
Date of Counseling: 4th April/ 2022
(A) All candidates including E.W.S. Category who have obtained Rank from 1 to 203 in CEE-2021 in order of merit.
(After filling-up of all un-reserved seats in the 3(three) Nursing Colleges of Assam, the remaining candidates belonging to SC, ST(P), ST(H), OBC/MOBC and EWS reserved categories will be accommodated in their respective categories in order of merit.)
(B) All candidates who have applied for Physically Handicapped (DIVYANG) quota in order of merit.
Date of Counseling: 5th April/ 2022
(C) Candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC Category obtaining Rank from 204 to 333 in CEE-2021 in order of merit.
(D) Candidates belonging to SCHEDULE CASTE category obtaining Rank from 204 to 487 in CEE-2021 in order of merit.
(E) Candidates belonging to S.T.(P) category obtaining Rank from 204 to 439 in CEE-2021 in order of merit.
(F) Candidates belonging to S.T.(H) category obtaining Rank from 204 to 892 in CEE-2021 in order of merit.
(G) Candidates belonging to TGL/Ex-TGL category obtaining Rank from 204 to 726 in CEE-2021 in order of merit.
Venue of Counseling: Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam, Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati – 22.
Time of Counseling: At 11.00 a.m.
