Applications are invited from eligible Female candidates for the following position for engagement in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, (KGBV residential School for Girl’s grant by SSA) Lumding under Hojai District. The engagement will be purely temporary basis for 11 (eleven) months. The engagement will not entitle the candidate with any rights to any permanent engagement anywhere including Assam Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Mission. or Govt. of Assam. Further extension will be made on the basis of satisfactory of the performance.

1.Full Time Asstt. Teacher Arts

Salary: Rs. 17000/- per month
Qualification and Experience: Graduate in Arts with BEd from recognized institution / University with Secondary TET qualified.
2.Full Time Asstt. Teacher Science (Royal Sc)
No. of post: 02
Salary: Rs. 17000/- per month
Qualification and Experience: Graduate in Science(Physics-Chemistry Math combination) with B.Ed from recognized institution/ University with Secondary TET qualified.
3. Part Time Asstt. Teacher English
No. of Post: 01
Salary: Rs. 11000/- per month
Qualification and Experience: Graduate in Arts (Major in English) with B.Ed from recognized institution/University with Secondary TET qualified.
4. Part Time Asstt. Teacher Science (BIO)
No. of post: 01
Salary: Rs. 11000/- per month
Qualification and Experience: Graduate in Science (Biology) with B.Ed from recognized institution/University with Secondary TET qualified.
5.Asstt- Cook/Helper Cook
No. of post: 01
Salary: Rs. 8000/- per month
Qualification and Experience: Class VIII passed and having experience in relevant work will be preferred. Candidates should have caring personality and willing to work hard in mission mode. The candidates who have applied earlier as Adv. No. SSA/ Hojai/ AS/ KGBV /02/2017/139 dated 16.08.2019 need not apply again.
Note:
- Non TET Candidates may also apply for above positions subject to fulfillment of essential Qualification.
- Only in case of Non availability of TET qualified candidate, Non TET candidates will be selected but the selected candidate should qualify Secondary TET within 3 consecutive TET examination. Salary for Non TET candidate, if selected against the position in Full Time Assistant Teacher will be 15000/- only.
- Preference-Experience in Teaching.
- Age limit is below 45 years as on 01.01.2020.
- Full Time Assistant Teacher will have to Stay within the school cum Hostel campus in all working days and in holidays except during the vacation when KGBV children will go for vacation.

- One candidate can apply for one position only.
- Application in standard form (ASSAM GAZETTE, PART-IX) with self-attested all relevant documents/passport photograph should be submitted to the District Mission Cocoordinator, SSA Hojai, SankardevNagar during office hours on or before 05 March 2020. Any postal delay will not be considered. Incomplete application, application without relevant documents will be summarily rejected.
- List of shortlisted candidates with date, venue & time of Verification cum interview will be circulated on the office Notice Board by the District Mission Co-coordinator, SSA Hojai on 03.2020. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear in the verification cum interview on the date & time to be fixed for this purpose with all original testimonials. No separate call letter will be issued.
No TA/Da will be paid for the attending the verification cum interview.
